Healthy chicken stuffed peppers
- 2 Organic chicken breasts
- 1 Organic bell pepper
- 1 Any vegetables you'd like
- 1 Any spices you like
- Pre-heat oven to 350
- Cut bell pepper in half and take seeds out.
- Put chicken, vegetables and spices into a food processor to create stuffing.
- Use stuffing from food processor to stuff the bell peppers.
- ( It's okay to overstuff a little on top)
- Place peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
- (Add a little cheese on top for garnish)
- Remove from oven and enjoy!
