Healthy chicken stuffed peppers

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350
  2. Cut bell pepper in half and take seeds out.
  3. Put chicken, vegetables and spices into a food processor to create stuffing.
  4. Use stuffing from food processor to stuff the bell peppers.
  5. ( It's okay to overstuff a little on top)
  6. Place peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. (Add a little cheese on top for garnish)
  8. Remove from oven and enjoy!
