Kool Kiwi Kabobs

  1. Peel and cut the kiwi into 1/2 inch slices.
  2. Using a clean, fine piece of wire, slice goat cheese into 1/4 inch pieces.
  3. Carefully thread strawberries on skewers as end pieces, then alternate slices of kiwi, goat cheese and basil.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, salt and pepper.
  5. Drizzle over the skewers and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
