Vegetarian Mexican Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
  2. Spread crust over baking sheet.
  3. Spread with beans.
  4. Layer onions over beans and spread on taco sauce.
  5. Add cheese and sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, and cilantro.
  6. Arrange tomato slices over pizza and bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is crispy.
  7. Optional toppings: salsa, reduced fat sour cream, shredded lettuce.
  8. Note: I like to use whole wheat pizza crust.
  9. Make your own favorite or for a quick meal, use a store-bought crust.
