Tofu Mayonnaise

• 8 ounces soft tofu
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice or 2 tablespoons vinegar
• 14 teaspoon mustard
• 1 small garlic clove, crushed
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons water
• 12 teaspoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar

1. Add all ingredients to a blend and blend until smooth.
