Salmon Tacos with Jalapeno Cream

  1. Combine chili powder, cumin, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Rub spice mixture over salmon.
  3. Cook salmon in olive oil in a preheated skillet.
  4. Continue to cook salmon until no longer pink, about 4 minutes per side.
  5. While salmon cooks, combine sour cream, lime juice, jalapeno, cilantro and salt in a bowl.
  6. To serve, warm tortillas according to package directions.
  7. Then place salmon in a warmed tortilla and top with jalapeno cream.
  8. Serve with avocados and salsa if desired.
