Easy Pasta with Italian Sausage

  1. Boil pasta as directed until al dente.
  2. Add a little olive oil to a skillet and brown the sausages then cut in to coins to finish cooking until no longer pink.
  3. Add the tomatoes and mushrooms.
  4. Cook over low/medium about 20 minutes.
  5. Add the heavy cream and cook a little longer to thicken.
  6. Stir in pasta.
  7. Serve!
  8. Its that easy.
