Chai

  1. In a small saucepan, combine water, tea bags, cinnamon stick, cardamom, clove and ginger.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in milk; return to a boil for 1 minute.
  5. Strain; discard tea bags and spices.
  6. Stir in sugar until dissolved.
  7. Ladle into mugs.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
