Italian-Marinated Vegetable Salad

  1. Cook beans and cauliflower in large saucepan of boiling water 5 to 7 min.
  2. or until crisp-tender.
  3. Drain.
  4. Rinse under cold water; drain again.
  5. Place in bowl.
  6. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours or until chilled.
