Mystery Mop

• 1/2 cup diet Coke (Splenda type)
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/4 cup low carb barbecue sauce
• lc ketchup
• 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
• 1 tsp. liquid smoke
• 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1. Whisk ingredients together and use as a mop/baste for slow cooked barbecue meats (especially pork but also good on ham).
