Healthy Buffalo Dip
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) White Beans, Drained And Rinsed
- 1 cup Cashews, Soaked In Warm Water For An Hour
- 3/4 cups Buffalo Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Ranch Seasoning
- 2 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
- 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Optional Toppings: Blue Cheese Crumbles, Chopped Celery
- 1.
- Add all ingredients (except toppings) into a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- You may need to stop the food processor and periodically scrape down the sides.

- Pour into a serving bowl and top with desired toppings.
- 3.
- Store covered in the fridge until ready to serve.
