Holiday Spiced Apple Gelatin

  1. Mix apples, 3/4 cup water, sugar and cinnamon in medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 min.
  4. or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add 1/4 cup water to cornstarch; stir until well blended.
  6. Add to apple mixture; mix well.
  7. Return to boil; boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Stir in gelatin until completely dissolved.
  10. Pour into crust.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
  12. Top each serving with 2 Tbsp.
  13. of the whipped topping.
