Potato Onion Pork Chops
- 6 34 inches pork loin chops
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of potato soup
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix
- milk
- Stove Top stuffing mix, crushed (1/2 pkg.)
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix milk (amount depends on how thick you want it), soup, and soup mix in a small bowl until well blended.
- Lay your pork chops in a baking dish big enough to fit them and pour the soup mixture over them.
- Top with crushed stuffing and bake for 25-30 minute or until done.
