Quick & Easy Rugelach
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) reduced-fat refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 3 Tbsp. strawberry preserves
- 1-1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup trail mix with raisins and almond cereal
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Unroll dough on lightly floured surface; firmly press perforations and seams together to form 12x8-inch rectangle.
- Spread with preserves to within 1 inch of one of the long sides.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle 1-1/2 tsp.
- of the sugar mixture over preserves; top with cereal.
- Set remaining sugar mixture aside.
- Roll up dough, starting at the long side spread with preserves.
- Press seams of dough together to seal.
- Cut crosswise into 12 slices.
- Place, 2 inches apart, seam-sides down, on nonstick baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
- Bake 10 to 12 min.
- or until lightly browned.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
