Quick & Easy Rugelach

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Unroll dough on lightly floured surface; firmly press perforations and seams together to form 12x8-inch rectangle.
  2. Spread with preserves to within 1 inch of one of the long sides.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Sprinkle 1-1/2 tsp.
  5. of the sugar mixture over preserves; top with cereal.
  6. Set remaining sugar mixture aside.
  7. Roll up dough, starting at the long side spread with preserves.
  8. Press seams of dough together to seal.
  9. Cut crosswise into 12 slices.
  10. Place, 2 inches apart, seam-sides down, on nonstick baking sheet.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.
  12. Bake 10 to 12 min.
  13. or until lightly browned.
  14. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
