Freezer Meatballs
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup milk
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes (minced dried onion)
- 14 cup cracker crumb
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dried coriander
- Preheat oven to 400*.
- In large bowl, combine eggs and milk; blend well.
- Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Shape into 36 meatballs; place in ungreased 15 x 10" pan.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned and thoroughly cooked.
- Cool 5 minutes; place in 13 x 9" pan.
- Freeze, uncovered 45 minutes; place 12 partially frozen meatballs in each of 3 containers or bags and return to freezer for later use.
