Freezer Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 400*.
  2. In large bowl, combine eggs and milk; blend well.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
  4. Shape into 36 meatballs; place in ungreased 15 x 10" pan.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned and thoroughly cooked.
  6. Cool 5 minutes; place in 13 x 9" pan.
  7. Freeze, uncovered 45 minutes; place 12 partially frozen meatballs in each of 3 containers or bags and return to freezer for later use.
