Buffalo Sauce
- 1 cup butter
- 14 cloves garlic
- 1/4 Bell pepper
- 3 Chili's: use variety of jalepeno, Serrano, Habanero
- 23 oz bottle Frank's Red Hot original cayenne hot sauce
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tbsp honey mustard
- Melt butter in sauce pan
- Saute garlic 3-4 minutes
- Add bell pepper and chili's and saute 5 minutes
- Add Frank's hot sauce and bring to simmer
- Add celery salt and continue to simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add honey mustard and simmer 10 more minutes to reduce, stirring occasionally
