Hi-Energy Pizza
- 4 slices low calorie Italian bread (40 calories)
- 2 pkg. Hi-Energy Tomato Soup Supplement
- 1/2 c. water
- 5 oz. low-fat Mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash garlic flavor
- dash of thyme
- 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- onions, green peppers, mushrooms, etc., chopped
- Boil turkey in a cup of water until brown.
- Drain and set aside.
- Line pizza pan with bread slices and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.
- Cook tomato supplement, 1/2 cup water, oregano, Mrs. Dash and thyme together until thickened.
- Divide into four portions and spread over bread.
- Cover each bread slice with 2 ounces ground turkey and sprinkle each with one ounce Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with onions, peppers and mushrooms.
- Bake at 450u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Makes 4 servings.
