Hi-Energy Pizza

  1. Boil turkey in a cup of water until brown.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Line pizza pan with bread slices and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash.
  4. Cook tomato supplement, 1/2 cup water, oregano, Mrs. Dash and thyme together until thickened.
  5. Divide into four portions and spread over bread.
  6. Cover each bread slice with 2 ounces ground turkey and sprinkle each with one ounce Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with onions, peppers and mushrooms.
  7. Bake at 450u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  8. Makes 4 servings.
