Tangy Meatloaf

  1. In large bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, & mustard.
  2. Reserve 4 tbsp for topping.
  3. To remaining mixture add worcestershire sauce, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, & egg.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Stir in chex.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Break up chex.
  8. Add ground beef.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Shape into a loaf in shallow baking pan/loaf pan.
  11. Bake in 350F oven for 65 minutes.
  12. Spread top with reserved ketchup mixture.
  13. Bake additional 15 minutes.
