Great Snow Castle

  1. Line 9-inch square pan with plastic wrap.
  2. Arrange cake slices on bottom and up sides of pan.
  3. Add boiling water to gelatin mixes in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  4. until completely dissolved.
  5. Add ice; stir until gelatin is slightly thickened.
  6. Remove any unmelted ice.
  7. Whisk in 1 cup COOL WHIP until blended.
  8. Refrigerate 15 min.
  9. Pour gelatin mixture into cake-lined pan; cover with plastic wrap.
  10. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  11. Unmold dessert onto plate; remove plastic wrap.
  12. Frost dessert with remaining COOL WHIP.
  13. Decorate with ice cream cones and candies to resemble a castle as shown in photo.
