Sirloin Tips Creole Recipe

  1. In skillet, brown sirloin tips in butter.
  2. Remove meat and set aside.
  3. Add in onion, celery, peppers and garlic to skillet and saute/fry 5 min.
  4. Return sirloin tips to skillet along with remaining ingredients.
  5. Simmer 1 hour.
  6. Suggest serving warm over white rice.
  7. Serves 4-6.
