Hawaiian Chicken Nachos
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. water
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 7 cups tortilla chips
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup diced onion King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. sliced jalapeno pepper slices
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small saucepan over medium high heat, combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, and teriyaki sauce.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the water and add to the saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, stirring until thickened.
- Mix the shredded chicken with the sauce until chicken is evenly coated.
- Place half of the chips in an oven safe baking dish; cover with layers of half of the cheese, chicken, pineapple, and onion.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Top with crumbled bacon, jalapeno slices, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
