Carrot and Beet Salad

• 1 large beet
• 1 large carrot
• 1 Anjou pear
• 1 teaspoon black sesame seed
• 1 lime, juice of

1. Shred beet, carrot and pear.
2. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
3. Juice lime over top and mix.
