Bacon Dressing

  1. Chop, cook, cool, strain and reserve fat from bacon.
  2. In a food processor, combine mustard, garlic, shallot, vinegar, and bacon.
  3. Puree to smooth consistency, slowly adding canola or olive oil as necessary.
  4. Finally, add bacon fat, sugar and thyme.
