Layered Ice Cream Bombe with OREO

  1. Line 1-1/2-qt.
  2. freezer-proof bowl with plastic wrap.
  3. Spoon strawberry ice cream around inside of bowl; press firmly onto side of bowl with back of spoon.
  4. Crush 8 cookies; press into ice cream.
  5. Freeze 15 min.
  6. Spoon chocolate ice cream into center of bowl; press firmly onto bottom.
  7. Crush remaining cookies; sprinkle over chocolate ice cream.
  8. Cover with foil.
  9. Freeze 6 hours.
  10. Invert dessert onto serving plate just before serving.
  11. Remove bowl and plastic wrap.
  12. Frost dessert with whipped topping.
  13. Cut into wedges to serve.
  14. Store leftovers in freezer.
