Cajun Chicken Pasta

  1. Cook pasta until al dente.
  2. Drain.
  3. Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl, toss to coat.
  4. In a large skillet, over medium heat, saute chicken in olive oil for 5-7 minutes (also great cooked on grill).
  5. Add green & red bell peppers along with Andouille sausage.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream.
  8. Season sauce with all the spices, heat through.
  9. Add Italian cheese blend and 1-2 tsp.
  10. more Cajun seasoning and simmer.
  11. Serve warm over pasta and enjoy!
