Tres Color Flag Dessert

  1. Prepare each flavor gelatin in separate bowl as directed on package.
  2. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
  3. Spoon one flavor of the gelatin into blender container.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of the sour cream; cover.
  5. Blend well.
  6. Remove from blender container.
  7. Repeat with remaining gelatin flavors and sour cream.
  8. Layer green, yellow and red gelatin flavors in 8 individual dessert dishes to resemble the colors of the Mexican flag.
  9. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  10. Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
