Sriracha and Calamari Burger
- 1/4 pounds Ground Sirloin
- 1/4 pounds Ground Chuck
- 2 Tablespoons Sriracha Sauce
- 1/4 cups Cheddar Cheese, Cut Into Small Cubes
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 cup Fried Calamari
- 1 whole Good Quality Hamburger Bun
- 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce, For Final Drizzle
- Begin by forming your patty.
- Gently mix the ground sirloin, chuck, Sriracha sauce, and the cheese together.
- If you have a burger patty press, use it, otherwise make every attempt to make a darn good-looking patty.
- Season both sides with salt.
- Heat your charcoal and get your grill started.
- Get the grill grates nice and hot.
- Add your burger and get a great sear on it, roughly 4 minutes untouched, per side.

- When the burger is ready, put in the bun, top with the fried calamari, drizzle with extra Sriracha sauce, and dig in.
- This burger is hard to beat.
