Chicken quiche
- 300 grams low fat sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 300 grams chicken breast
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 other seasonings to taste
- Preheat oven to 165 C (330 F)
- Beat eggs in bowl
- Add sour cream & seasoning, mix
- Dice chicken, add to liquid, mix
- Line loaf tin with baking paper, add mixture (ensure chicken is evenly spread)
- Put in oven for 25 mins or until egg set
- Remove from oven, allow to cool & cut up
- **199 calories per serve**
