Chicken quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 165 C (330 F)
  2. Beat eggs in bowl
  3. Add sour cream & seasoning, mix
  4. Dice chicken, add to liquid, mix
  5. Line loaf tin with baking paper, add mixture (ensure chicken is evenly spread)
  6. Put in oven for 25 mins or until egg set
  7. Remove from oven, allow to cool & cut up
  8. **199 calories per serve**
