Blazing BBQ Sauce

  1. Heat up olive oil in a medium sauce pan.
  2. Add Onions, Peppers and Tomatoes to the pan and cook until the Onions are rendered Add 1 cup of beer (yuengling lager) to deglaze the pan.
  3. Transfer veggies to a food processor or blender and pulse until coarse.
  4. Pour mixture into a deep sauce pan on medium heat.
  5. Add in the Brown sugar, Ketchup, Worcestshire, Habanero sauce, and remaining Beer.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10 mins.
