Blazing BBQ Sauce
- 5 Serrano
- scotch Bonnet Peppers, Chopped
- 1 md. White Onion, Chopped
- 2 Vine Ripe Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 2 cups Lager Beer
- 4 cups Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp. Habanero Pepper sauce
- 2 tsp. Worcestshire Sauce
- Heat up olive oil in a medium sauce pan.
- Add Onions, Peppers and Tomatoes to the pan and cook until the Onions are rendered Add 1 cup of beer (yuengling lager) to deglaze the pan.
- Transfer veggies to a food processor or blender and pulse until coarse.
- Pour mixture into a deep sauce pan on medium heat.
- Add in the Brown sugar, Ketchup, Worcestshire, Habanero sauce, and remaining Beer.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10 mins.
