Ginger Shrimp and Green Beans

  1. Cook and stir shrimp, beans, gingerroot, lemon zest and peppers in butter in large skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
  2. or until shrimp turn pink.
  3. Reduce heat to low.
  4. Add VELVEETA and milk; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.
  5. Spoon over the hot pasta.
