Cheeseburger Pie

• 1 lb hamburger
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 12 teaspoon salt
• 14 teaspoon pepper
• 1 12 cups milk
• 3 eggs
• 34 cup biscuit mix
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 tomatoes (sliced)
• cheese (for topping)

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Grease casserole.
3. Brown meat and onion.
4. Drain well and add seasonings; spread in casserole.
5. Beat milk, eggs, biscuit mix and cheese till smooth.
6. Pour over meat mixture.
7. Bake 25 minutes.
8. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with additional cheese.
9. Bake 5 to 8 minutes longer.
10. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
