Big Batch Parmesan Snack Mix
- 4 cups Pretzels
- 6 cups Corn Cereal Squares
- 4 cups Oyster Crackers
- 2 cups Pita Crackers, Broken
- 1 can Salted Peanuts (12-oz. Can)
- 1/2 cups Butter
- 1/2 cups Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Basil
- 1 teaspoon Parsley, Dried
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups Parmesan Cheese (grated Or Shredded)
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a very large container (I used my huge 11x17 baking pan) mix together pretzels, cereal, crackers and peanuts.
- Set aside.
- In the microwave or in a small pan on the stove melt butter with olive oil.
- Once melted remove from heat.
- Add herbs and salt and mix together.
- Pour butter mixture over cereal mixture and gently mix together.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and gently mix once more.
- Place mixture in a shallow layer in rimmed cookie sheet(s) or baking pan(s).
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and stir.
- Serve or store in a covered container.
