Italian Sauteed Sliced Pork Offcuts

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot, and saute the onion.
  2. When it becomes soft and tender, add the pork, white wine, and maitake mushrooms, then continue sauteing.
  3. When the pork begins to turn white, as illustrated in the picture in Step 1, add the easy tomato sauce and herb salt, then continue sauteing.
  4. Cover with a lid, turn the heat to medium, and wait for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the lid, and continue sauteing to evaporate the water.
  6. Taste it, and if the taste is thin, adjust it with salt, and then it's done!
