Tostada Salad Recipe
- 1/2 head Iceberg lettuce, torn in pcs
- 1/2 head Romaine lettuce, torn in pcs
- 1 lg. tomato, cut into wedges
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (2 1/2 ounce.) can sliced black olives, liquid removed
- 1 can kidney beans, liquid removed
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 can prepared roast beef, liquid removed, torn apart
- 1/2 bag tortilla chips, slightly crushed
- Mix all ingredients in salad bowl.
- Serve with ranch style dressing and or possibly salsa.
- Note: All ingredients except lettuce and chips may be mixed up to 4 hrs prior to serving time.
