PHILADELPHIA Sugar Cookie Cutouts

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  2. Add granulated sugar and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour, beating well after each addition.
  4. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
  5. Heat oven to 350F.
  6. Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness on lightly floured surface.
  7. Cut into desired shapes with 3- to 4-inch cookie cutters; sprinkle with colored sugar.
  8. Place, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets.
  9. Bake 12 to 15 min.
  10. or until edges are lightly browned.
  11. Cool on baking sheets 2 min.
  12. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
