Pesto Baked Chicken

  1. Drizzle a little oil onto a baking sheet lined with foil.
  2. Place chicken onto baking sheet.
  3. Add about a table spoon of pesto onto each chicken breast.
  4. Place two slices of tomatoes on top of each breasts over pesto.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over tomatoes.
  6. Enough to fully cover.
  7. Add as much or as little as you like grated parmesean cheese.
  8. Drizzle a little oil on the top.
  9. Put into pre-heated oven at 425 for about 15-20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
