Montparnasse
- 1 fluid ounce calvados
- 1 fluid ounce St. Germain elderflower liqueur
- 1 fluid ounce white wine (preferably Sauvignon Blanc)
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled Martini glass.
- Garnish by floating a wafer-thin apple slice.
