Vegetarian Pasta Primavera

  1. Steam broccoli and asparagus for 6 to 8 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and set aside.
  3. Saute onion and garlic in oil in a large pan until tender.
  4. Add carrots and chopped peppers to onion mixture and saute until crisp-tender.
  5. Remove from heat and drain.
