Country Garden Primavera

  1. Cook and stir zucchini and cauliflower in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  2. Add pasta, tomatoes and basil; mix lightly.
  3. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in Velveeta; cook until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring occasionally.
