Greek Pasta Salad With Chicken
- 1 lb cavatappi pasta
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 13 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 13 cup kalamata olive, pitted and halved
- 23 cup Greek salad dressing (I prefer Ken's Steakhouse)
- 13 cup mayonnaise
- 1 -1 12 lb chicken, grilled and cubed
- Season Chicken to taste and grill until internal temp is 165 degrees.
- Cook pasta to al dente, drain and rinse with cool water.
- Set aside.
- Whisk together greek dressing and mayo.
- Stir in pasta, feta, cucumbers and olives.
- Top with cooled chicken and serve!
- Easy!
