Cajun Turkey Meatloaf
- 2 pounds Ground Turkey
- 2 whole Large Eggs
- 23 cups Finely Ground Bread Crumbs
- 1 whole Tomato, Seeded And Chopped
- 1 whole Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper
- 3 stalks Celery, Chopped
- 5 cloves Garlic, Pressed Or Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Tablespoons Cajun Or Creole Seasoning Mixture
- 4 dashes Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 cups BBQ Sauce
- Combine all ingredients except bbq sauce in a large bowl.
- Pack into a loaf pan or form into a loaf and place in a large glass baking dish.
- Bake at 350F for 60 to 70 minutes or until meat thermometer reads the appropriate temperature.
- With 10 minutes left to bake, slather on the bbq sauce.
- * Spices and Worcestershire amounts are estimates.
- Season to your hearts content!
