Chicken Noodle Cheese Casserole Recipe
- 1 chicken, cooked and boned
- 1/4 pound Velveeta cheese
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 (16 ounce.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked and liquid removed
- Cook and bone chicken, save broth.
- Cut chicken into bite-size pcs and mix with Velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks and can of liquid removed mushrooms.
- Add in noodles to mix.
- Make thickening of 2 Tbsp.
- melted butter, 4 Tbsp.
- flour, 6 Tbsp.
- lowfat milk, and 2 c. chicken broth.
- Pour over mix and put into 9x13 inch cake pan.
- Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
- You can add in more chicken broth, if it looks dry.
