Honeyed Figs and Brie

  1. Arrange Brie wedges on large plate in single layer.
  2. Arrange fig halves on top, cut sides up.
  3. Heat honey, water, and thyme to boiling in a small saucepan.
  4. Cook 1 minute.
  5. Drizzle honey mixture over figs; sprinkle with black pepper.
