Seafood Fiesta Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In an ungreased 8 x 8 x 2 inch cooking dish place seafood.
  3. Sprinkle with white pepper.
  4. Top with diced tomato and onion.
  5. Add in wine.
  6. Squeeze fresh lime on top and add in oil.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Cover and bake 15-20 min.
