Chicken Divan

  1. Cook asparagus or broccoli; drain.
  2. Arrange in a 12 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish.
  3. Blend soup, Worcestershire sauce and nutmeg. Pour half over asparagus.
  4. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the cheese.
  5. Top with chicken and remaining soup mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with another 1/3 of the cheese.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 350u0b0 until heated through (about 20 minutes).
  8. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  9. Fold in mayonnaise.
  10. Spread mixture over chicken.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  12. Broil 3 to 4-inches from the heat until golden (1 to 2 minutes).
  13. Serves 6.
