Cheesy Beef Taco Dip
- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced (add One More If You Like )
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning (more Or Less, Depending On Your Preference)
- 2 teaspoons Franks RedHot Sauce
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook beef and garlic until beef is browned.
- Drain fat.
- Stir in tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and hot sauce.
- Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
- In a small bowl, toss cheese with flour.
- Add cheese to beef mixture, a little at a time, stirring just until melted.
- Transfer to a small crockpot or fondue pot to keep warm.
- Garnish, if desired, with sour cream, sliced green onions, chopped tomatoes, etc.
- Serve with sturdy tortilla chips.
