Cleaned-Up Dirt Cake
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 3 1/2 c. skim milk
- 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 12 oz. frozen light whipped topping, partially thawed
- 1 (18 oz.) pkg. 50% reduced fat chocolate sandwich cookies with white filling
- 1 (7-inch) flower pot or 12 small flower pots
- flowers and gummy worms for garnish (optional)
- garden trowel for serving (optional)
- With mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar together.
- In another bowl, combine milk and pudding; whip the wire whisk or mixer until smooth.
- Add whipped topping to pudding; mix well.
- Stir together both mixtures.
- In food processor, process cookies until they're fine crumbs (or crush manually).
- Line each flower pot with plastic wrap or foil; begin layering cookie crumbs with pudding mixture, making several layers, starting and ending with cookies. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours.
- If desired, garnish with flower and gummy worms before serving. Makes 12 servings.
