Cinnamon Nut Buns

  1. Mix and knead all DOUGH ingredients together to make a smooth dough.
  2. Cover and let raise for 1 hour until puffy.
  3. Roll the dough into an 18" x 18" rectangle.
  4. Mix FILLING ingredients together.
  5. Lightly brush dough with milk and then spread with the prepared filling, leaving an uncovered strip about 1" wide along one end.
  6. Roll tightly into a log, starting with filling-covered end and opposite the unfilled end.Slice the log onto 12 pieces.
  7. Place slices onto a lightly greased wells of a muffin pan.Cover and let the buns rise until puffy, about 60 minutes.
  8. Bake the buns in a preheated 350`F oven for 20 to 24 minutes, until they're a light golden brown Remove from the oven.
  9. Just before serving mix TOPPING ingredients together until smooth.
  10. Spoon over the buns.
