Buffalo Blue Sandwich

  1. Combine shredded chicken, celery and Buffalo wing sauce in bowl; set aside.
  2. Cut 16 (1/2-inch) slices from French bread.
  3. (Use remaining bread as you wish.)
  4. Butter 1 side of each bread slice.
  5. Spread about 1 teaspoon salad dressing onto other side of each bread slice.
  6. Place 1 piece cheese over dressing on 8 bread slices; top with 1/3 cup chicken mixture, 1 piece cheese and remaining bread slices, buttered-side up.
  7. Heat panini grill.
  8. Place sandwiches into panini grill.
  9. Grill 6-8 minutes or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  10. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
