Bacon Cheddar Cheese Ball (New Year)

• 16 ounces cream cheese softened
• 1/2 pound cheddar cheese grated sharp
• 1/2 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 3 tablespoons pimentos minced
• 3 tablespoons parsley flakes minced fresh
• 6 slices bacon cooked crispy and finely crumbled

1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
2. Form into a ball; cover with plastic film.
3. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend.
