Cornflake Cookies
- 2/3 cup Light Karo syrup
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 cup Peanut butter
- 3 cup Cornflakes
- Bring sugar and Karo syrup to a boil.
- Stir frequently as it will stick.
- Add peanut butter.
- Keep stirring.
- Add cornflakes.
- Make sure every piece of cereal is covered with the peanut butter mixture.
- Spoon onto wax paper and let cool.
